Cocision Terms of Service

Overview

Cocision is an early-access subscription software product for a Chrome extension that helps users pause before opening distracting websites. These terms apply to your use of Cocision's website, extension, beta access program, and related services.

Beta And Early Access

Cocision is currently in beta or early access. Features may change, be removed, become unavailable, or require additional setup before general release. The Chrome Web Store listing may not be publicly available until submission and approval are complete.

Accounts And Eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide to Cocision and for keeping your account, browser, and provider credentials secure. Do not use Cocision in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, provider policies, or Chrome extension platform rules.

Subscriptions And Billing

Cocision plans to charge for subscription access. Checkout is not open yet for the current early-access website. When checkout becomes available, payments will be processed by Lemon Squeezy, and pricing, plan limits, renewal terms, cancellation paths, taxes, refunds, and invoices may be presented by Lemon Squeezy during checkout or in its billing portal.

Chrome Extension Use

Cocision is designed to help you create intentional friction before opening selected websites. You remain responsible for your own browsing choices, blocked target configuration, provider setup, and decisions to accept or reject access plans.

AI Provider Behavior

Cocision may use third-party AI providers, including providers chosen through bring-your-own-key settings. Provider responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Cocision does not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will be correct, safe, or appropriate for every situation.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Cocision, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer hosted services, abuse AI providers, submit harmful content, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Privacy

Cocision's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using Cocision, you acknowledge that the product may process local extension data, provider requests, optional feedback, and diagnostics as described there.

Disclaimers

Cocision is provided on an early-access basis and may contain bugs or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocision is provided without warranties of any kind.
